Welcome to the Homepage of the Braintree Housing Authority

The Braintree Housing Authority has joined the MassNahro Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program Centralized Wait List, a group of  participating local housing authorities.   The Braintree Housing Authority will accept applications beginning January 2, 2009.  New Applicants will be added to the existing list. The BHA has not been issued additional Section 8 vouchers; vouchers will be issued based on turnover.  Applications may be requested in person, mail or by downloading and printing from www.section8listmass.org   If you have a disability and require an accommodation please call any participating housing authority.  Application will be accepted without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, familial status or disability.

The Braintree Housing Authority has been awarded HUD Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) Vouchers. Interested Veteran's should contact the Boston Veteran's Administration HUD VASH Hotline at 857-364-4444.
