Independence Manor - Twenty four units consisting of one and two bedrooms for elderly (60 years of age or older).

Skyline Drive  - One to three bedroom units.  Available for individuals or families of any age. (Wait List Closed)

Families contribute 40% of their adjusted gross income.

Income Limit - Effective April 1, 2009

• One Person                $21,660
• Two                          $29,140
• Three                        $36,620
• Four                          $44,100
• Five                           $51,580
• Six                             $59,060

An asset limitation applies to the MRVP program.  Applicants total assets cannot exceed $15,000 or one and a half times their gross income.
